Depends what kind of blackhat website it is... You can't list a BH website on Flippa for sale... If it was created and promoted using BH maens then yeah you can sell it there... There aren't really many places you can actually sell BH websites... You can on here though

If you're worried about wasting money on the listing, then your website isn't worth enough to be selling. Hang onto it or build it bigger.

Besides, you risk the $30 listing fee on here too whether it will be approved or not.
