Ok you need to settle yourself down! READ our op... Reports are delivered at the end of the month there may be small delays when we have a lot of work load! They are never more than a day or two! You where re-billed yesterday which was SUNDAY and as much as I love to work and make money.. at the weekends myself and my team RELAX, spend time with our families like normal people!
Your report will be delivered in the next 24 hours, I have also now gone ahead and refunded yesterdays payment plus killed your subscription with us, I do not take kindly to being threatened with "CHARGEBACKS" which can destroy a sellers merchant account all because you can't keep your cool for 24 hours on a SUNDAY! With that attitude I'm afraid you're not the type of client we are looking to work with, we wish you good luck with your future endeavors!
In the time it took me to write the above reply to you, you felt the need to leave a THIRD message in a row, is there something wrong with you? We are not blind you only need to leave one message and do not come here acting cocky to myself or my staff, it's Monday now and you have got a response - no need to leave multiple messages or come at us with a narky tone.

Firstly you do not need to type all in CAPITALS for me to be able to understand you once again I'm not blind, secondly I am certainly not upset - I am simply looking after my business and my business does not need hot headed people like yourself that can't understand when small delays take place, thirdly ALL emails sent to [email protected] where answered 5 hours ago the inbox there is EMPTY so I have no idea where you are getting the non answer line from and we do not use Skype which is stated countless times through out the thread, also I do not make the charge they are made automatically by 2co!
And lastly NO you will NOT be getting all your money back - I have refunded your last payment from yesterday, not a hope in hell am I refunding your first payment as your work has been completed and your report will be sent tomorrow - If you continue to abuse myself, my staff, threaten charge backs or actually go ahead with a charge back when your work has been complete then I will report you to the moderators here. I will not reply to anymore messages here from you on this thread as you are no longer a client of mine, your attitude stinks and I'm not here to put up with that, should you need anything else email [email protected]
Your links have been created all through this month! The last bit is video creation which is the hold up here, a delay of 24 small hours yet you're getting your knickers in a twist? Your client must be like you then irate, unreasonable and apparently works Sundays too, if you have lost a client because of a small delay like this then it's probably a good thing, clients like that (like you) are better off avoided.
Again ALL emails in [email protected] where answered earlier today so you are lying about getting no answer by email, again we DO NOT use Skype which is mentioned countless times through out the thread... I have one of the best reputations for customer service and fast response times on this forum.
I'll tell you what... you go ahead and do the charge-back now, you'll not get the report tomorrow and you can wait 2 months for paypal/2co to decide the outcome of the charge-back before you see the funds.. good luck.

NO your report was due yesterday as stated in our OP reports are sent just before or on the day of your re-bill, your report is 24 hours late and your causing a big fuss over it... We do not have a skype username active - you only have to read the last page or two of this thread to see me mention multiple times that we only use email for communication but you did say you emailed right? But really you didn't email that was just another irate lie from yourself.
Again NO as your work has been done, we are not in the freebies business... If you can't deal with that then follow through with your charge back threats.

Not a client from you ? dude you took me 377 usd two times, first time was done 34 days ago and you gave me no report, you did not answer your Skype, which you do have an account and you did not answer my email and you are now attacking me ?!
It is not 24 hours late, and you made a second charge without delivery first one.
Also, this was a monthly payment, I do not care about one time service, late one, that I do not have any guarantee.
I told you more than one time, I did advice you and now you are telling me that I am not your client ? well, another reason for GIVE MY MONEY BACK !
1. 2co took the payment yesterday from you AUTOMATICALLY I did not take it! - IT HAS NOW BEEN REFUNDED.
2. YES it is 24 hours late as you rebilled YESTERDAY - Reports are due on your rebill day - this is stated in our OP.
3. You are a telling lies, you emailed me for the first time JUST 5 MINUTES AGO wile leaving messages here.
4. You came here with an attitude, unreasonable tone and threatened me with charge backs so you have now been removed from my service, your last payment has been refunded, your report will be sent tomorrow unless of course you do charge back.
TAKE YOUR MONEY BACK - Do a charge back and paypal can decide.

I ALREADY posted a screen shot showing your email, which you sent roughly TWENTY MINUTES ago! You sent that email after I called you out for lying about sending emails.. I am a scammer!??? HA I have sold on this forum for 3 years and run the biggest services here, I have dealt with 1000s of clients and never once have I scammed anyone... you sir are just a chancer looking for a freebie as you know fine rightly your report is complete but because of a 24 hour delay you now reckon you can have a refund.

No 3.30pm is the server time on which the email client is installed! It is not mine or your own local time lol... My attitude is fine, you started the hostility with your charge back threats all because of a small delay in a report being sent. You are no longer my client correct and your money for yesterday's payment has been refunded, your work has been ongoing for your first payment for over 30 days so you will not be refunded for that - you will get a report tomorrow.
If this is not satisfactory then by all means start a charge back with paypal, do not post here again... Good luck in the future, you are going to need it with your attitude.

@webpfa: You have caused such a fuss here for nothing so on second thoughts rather than have to deal with you again tomorrow with some other nonsense no doubt when your report is delivered I have just gone ahead and refunded your FIRST payment too - SO you have now essentially got A FULL month of FREE links built for you (that was the aim I suspect anyway), your money has been refunded, links have been still built but you shall not be getting a report at all now - Good luck with your future projects, you are going to need it!
