Please note, if you chose a CPA offer, it is very likely your account will get banned. Using a cloaker can reduce your chances but still it could get banned.
Also conversions in CPA offers is not under my control. Direct linking is not the best way to run CPA offers. My job is to get reach the most appropriate audience at the cheapest cost possible. I give you a range and get you a CPC within that range. That is my job. I work with the aim to get you conversions but if the offer is not appealing, it's very difficult for the best of the ad copy & targeting to make the user convert. I don't and cannot control conversions. It is your job to chose a offer that would convert. Choosing popular offers is also bad since a lot of people are already advertising it and Facebook being the Mecca of CPA offers, it's not the best choice. And when people see the same offer again, they will obviously not convert.
Chose your offers wisely, use a sales funnel. Be ready to risk your account if you want to run CPA offers.

Wow, this is amazing, i got 0.07$ per install in USA, the picture in above post is my game is running campaign. It's very cheap, when i try to test by myself, i just get about more than 0.15 $ at some countries in Asia and get more expensive in some Euro, i can't imaging that he can run campaign for just 0.07 ~ 0.09 per install in USA.
I think next time i should order this service again than test campaign by my self
