so i'll get straight to the point : i can't have a verified paypal account to receive my 40 $ on a cpa network .
if you help me by verifying my paypal i'll give you 10 $ .

why i can't verify it by my self ? : in my country it's really hard to get a credit card + it cost about 500 $ , so yeah i'm not paying this amount for just 40 $ .

i had a payoneer account but i forget the email and password and i couldn't remember it so its lost .

Why do you need a credit card ?
Open a bank account and get a debit card.

If you get your payoneer pass and email then Submit a request for US bank account and that US bank on your paypal.

You may want to start another thread looking for VCC provider, that should take care of the $10 and they may want the funds first and not second.
