Make money ranking sites in Yahoo

Hi,
Actually I never make money with this method alone, because I have a job on other projects, but I am sure, that some of you with free time and and little amount of money to invest will earn!
Why Yahoo?
- It's very easy to rank local sites in yahoo today.
- Less competitors. Actually almost no competitors, because everybody optimize their sites for google.

The differences in the optimization - Google VS Yahoo:
- for google we must escape over-optimization, while for yahoo all we need is over-optimization
- for google we must be very careful with the anchors on the backlinks, while for yahoo we need 100% main keyword as anchor
- for google we must be very careful with EMD
- for google we must wait months to rank, while for yahoo days sometime

How I found this method?
I found that few of my old EMD, that I forgot, gets traffic from yahoo and bing only. Than I make fast research in yahoo for local niches like "plumber somearea" and "roofing somearea" and found that for ALL local niches have EMD in top 10 and for ALL local niches have people who buying ads in yahoo. Than I check backlinks' profiles on these EMD in majesticseo and found that ALL they use 100% the domain (EMD) and the main keyword as anchors for their backlinks. I also found, that ALL EMDs have the keyword in the title twice. Most of the domains from the tests are not even in top 100 in google. As I say "ALL" I mean all domains from my tests.

The Method:
1. Found good EMD.
2. Install WP and optimize.
3. Create some backlinks.
4. Sell the domain for cheap or sell leads.

Let get started. Just ignore google for this method - we have nothing to do with google this time.

About the EMD: it can be net,org, com or any local country domain (ca for Canada, uk for UK....). Just any available domain - it's OK if there have dash (plumber-somewhere.com).

About the on-page optimization:
- use the keyword in title twice
- use the keyword in meta description twice
- use the keyword in the first sentence, in H1 and H2 tags
- 3 pages are enough - e.g. home, gallery and contact

About the backlinks: Yahoo loves article directories, but you can create any contextual links. All you have to do is using only the main keyword and the domain as anchor.

How to make money: Just contact each advertiser telling them that you have ranked in top 10 in yahoo site for sale (can use flippa). Or tell them, that you can send leads for cheap - some business owners are ready to pays $100s per lead. You can sell the domain for $150 or even less, because ranking site in yahoo is very easy and can work together on 10s sites.
Let do some rude math:
- $10 for domain
- $10 for logo and header
- $10 for backlinks
- $10 for content
- $20 for hosting (once for unlimited domains)
- $30 for flippa listing
- 2 hours of work or even less

$60+ profits - unlimited niches
Some business owners are ready to place really huge bid on auction. Sometime you can earn $60, but sometime $600. Do not limit yourself to local niches - twist this method!

I get 11% average visits from Yahoo, Bing and other small engines.

And half of my site I did not even submited to yahoo, I just ping them trought WPSeo plugin.

I think this can be done because still, millions and millions of people use other SE except Google.

Lets say, for one post about Selena Gomez I got until today: 21 000 visitors from other sources, 38XXX from Google and 12 000 from yahoo and bing.

If you start it right there is still money to be made.

But they likes some links, that google do not like - it's easy to find links that yahoo likes.

Will try to be clear:
Scrape few platform footprints from google, than scrape the same from yahoo - will see different scrapped links and this is proof, that these search engines likes absolute different backlinks.

So what I mean: scrape platform footprints from yahoo and see which domains are more used. backlinks these domains are this that yahoo loves and index very fast. "As platform footprints" I mean something like
"inurl:JoinForm+WordsFootprints+Keyword"

Bing does give more weight to EM domains than google.

Yes, for yahoo must be the same. Google ranks autoblogs harder than before, but do you think these blogs are on-page over-optimized and this is the only reason they ranks in bing or you use some plugin that syndicate the content with few social sites using the same anchor with huge density (off-page over optimized). Are these autoblogs in google index and if yes, do they gets some traffic?

I do not! I talk about local business niches. Here the main point is not the traffic, but branding. Everybody (including business owners) knows yahoo and some of them buying clicks from yahoo. They can add link on their main site "as seen on yahoo" .

Think about - some business owners pays $100 for few web 2.0 properties, that even do not send targeted traffic - why not to pay for one of the biggest search engines.

I have ranked in yahoo top 10 tree months old local website with 0 backlinks (excepting twitter and facebook) - this site is still nowhere in google, but already have 2 leads.

So the answer of your question is - go to the near to you restaurant and ask them for 1 week free dinner (let say cost $200) in exchange of site in yahoo top 10 ranked for the query "restaurant yourarea". I hope this make sense. I recommend to target the higher paying niches and contact business owners that pays for clicks from yahoo and that is all.

Yahoo users tend to have more money to spend than Google users. I would think that with the proper product or service selection, focusing on Yahoo could be gold.
