CRM setup for my office

I'd like to hire someone who is proficient in setting up CRM's to design our system. There are some fairly complex work flows that need to be added and several triggers set. This would not be a small job, and I could easily see paying several hundred dollars for it. If you're interested and have a lot of experience in this, please PM me. I need help asap.

I'm not sold on any CRM system yet so if you have proficiency in one and can conform it to meet our needs, I'm all for it.
