Don't worry , even I had that issue. Speak to him, he will try and replace it .He is nice guy.
But i already bought domain and he finished my website.

Hi luhasr, I tried to place order through PayPal but it is rejecting it since we are both from same country. Any alternative payment. May be I could transfer money to your Bank account directly preferably HDFC.

He provided me with an awesome designed website with a logo and nice articles. I will buy SEO on Seoclerks and see if they can rank my domain. He also did on page SEO right, so that won't be a problem.
I will be buying more sites of him if i earn money through adsense. So when i earn 200 i will be buying 3 more websites from him. He have a great support and will do anything he can to help you.
