There are significant differences in the backlink structure that each uses as well as the number and type of platforms. Each has a certain effectiveness in it's own right.
Linkpushing has been around in an automated form for over 4 years now and longer if you consider that I did it manually for 8 - 10 months before that and has gone through tremendous changes to keep abreast with the algorithms.
Linklure is much newer and has actually been in testing since October/November of last year and we actually had a different name for the service when we initially started the process.
I use both for my sites and I don't know that I can say one is significantly more powerful than the other as they both have merit. If anything I would say that Linklure has a stronger backlink infrastructure and also due to the way we have it set up we are limiting the number of clients to 200.
When I see so many elite members going after a service. I give my full attention and see If I have funds to get the deal. Almost all deals these elite members advertise or get are over $500 and I am glad this service is presented to the lower earners.

Someone asked me about the PR on the sites we use in Linklure and although PR is not the only metric that one should consider when building backlinks it is a metric that I believe should have some weight. I took that person's campaign and grabbed the first links that were created and put them in a mass pr checker and here are the results (domains removed for obvious reasons):

Well how would you do it if you had 3 separate youtube videos, in different niches?
I'm quite fed up building links for my money site. I looked over the link profile of sites doing pretty well in my niche and they all have targeted links coming in from blog sites. As a result, their page rank and targeted traffic and revenue is a lot higher than mine. Can you do all niche specific links?

I would use 3 separate campaigns as that will really help you achieve your goals and treat those Videos as 3 separate sites (which they are in Google's eyes) and backlink them accordingly. From what I can tell from your train of thought you are thinking of these as 3 pages on the same site, and if you owned the domain and controlled the content that would be true, but this is actually a parasite site of sorts and is viewed differently than an average domain.
