Hi, I sent the email and the response was very quick. Pinterest source URLs is a bug and is being worked on. RSS feed issue - still getting looked into. Also had issues with proxies that is getting dealt with. Support is great.

As to the number of followers - 20-35 minutes between operation (minimum the app will allow) and 9-10 followers (maximum app will allow)

I only run the server for 8 hours a day during office hours. I cant get the 350 follows I get with justunfollow in 5 minutes without issues using this app. I'd really like this resolved - either reducing the time between operations / allowing the user (i.e. customer) to put in anything they like or increasing the numbers for auto follow operations. I understand you do not want accounts banned but I have been doing 350/day without issue for months and should be able to use the software as I like.

I suspect you're talking about auto follow by target, i see that one has lower limits not sure why, we'll update them to be lower most probably today.

Thank you for the ideas, they look good, I have added them to the new features list and we'll add them as soon as we can as there are a lot of other features to add We'll probably make a poll soon on the website, list them all and see what people need most so we can concentrate on those first.

UPDATE for everybody: we've just released a new platform, Instagram , it's just basic stuff at the moment, you can auto follow, auto unfollow after some time and auto like. We'll see what else we can add as instagram is quite restrictive at what you can do.

Hy guys, a little update with a couple of new things we've added :
- import/export options for group ignore, group unjoiner, and all facebook posts
- added option to contact support directly from the application
- minor bug fixes and performance improvements

Just so you all know what we're working on we're working hard on adding g+ as a platform too, it will take a couple more weeks for finishing everything up and testing it before we roll it out but it's coming

of course:
1) with the subscription you can run up to 2 accounts, if you get the 2 one time payment modules you can run it with up to 25 accounts for each platform
2) all the groups you are a member of show up in your account there's no limit here
3) with one account you can post on one group at a time, then another and another as many times as you wish per day, we had users that posted on a little over 1500 groups a day with one account and never got banned. If you add more accounts they all post separately so if you have 10 accounts set up all 10 will post at the same time if you so which them to.

Hope these answer your question, we do have 5 days free for everyone to test out the software so why don't you take advantage of that and try for yourself

Hi,

If you have used all these accounts from your own computer already without any problems you won't need to use proxies, but if not and you want to be 100% sure yes, you should use proxies, 5 proxies should be enough to get each 2 accounts on a proxy. 2 accounts is what 95% of our users need, and that is 2 accounts for each platform facebook, twitter,pinterest and instagram so it ammounts to enough for most people. This is how we keep the monthly costs as low as we can. You can get modules for up to 25 account for each platform. Modules are a one time payment and are quite cheap anyway, so if you need more accounts you can try those.

My apologies if you've answered this already but why is there a 25 account limit? If thats incorrect what is the maximum amount of accounts per service. Also how much will it cost to make use of that amount of accounts?

It was designed as a scheduler software. It uses embedded browsers to do the posting so it leaves no trace, that means it opens a chrome tab for each account. If you do a test and open 5-10 facebook accounts in your browser and try to use all of them at the same time you will see you computer slowing down a lot, this is because the facebook pages/groups are huge and there is a lot of data to download and display, that is why we limited it to 25, it's basically a browser limitation. Just think of someone using 25 facebook, 25 twitter, 25 pinterest, those would be a lot of opened browsers. Thank you for your swift response. Just to clarify then...is that 25 accounts can be used in total per service so if I wanted to add a new account (eg username1 : password1) I'd have to remove a current one OR is it 25 accounts (browsers) running at once per service with as many usernames as I like?

You can add max 25, if you want to add more you will have to remove some, this is because we are not storing your user password like username1 : password1 anywhere, the way it works is we open a browser, you login there and check the remember user/pass and the browser keeps those secure. For this reason if you want to switch accounts you need to delete an account, flush cookies, history and everything(done by pressing a button) and login with another account.

I'd suggest you go ahead and give it a try, you'll learn a lot about it, there are 5 free days for everyone.
