Guys pls release a mac version of this awesome software.

unfortunately that would involve starting from scratch to build it for mac, and we have so many more features to add at this point that we cant' leave everything and do that. you can use it on a mac in a virtual machine though.

I have tried massplanner for 5 days, i like it a lot, the interface is really really cool, easy to understand, and precise.

As i calculate the cost to use it;

- say, I buy 3 moduls,
Extended Multi Account Modul ($15)
Friends Backup Modul ($15)
Random Action ($15)= $45 (20%off)= $ 36 one time fee.
So the start up cost (the software) for me is $36 (one time payment).
- first 6 months subscription cost $36.95 ($6.15 each month).

I think this is cheap as we got 3 functions at once facebook-twitter-pinterest with only $36 for the software, for me, as I figure out that this is vary on every person depend on their needs on moduls, and normal monthly payment only $9.95 (without discount).
What if i have more than 10 accounts to maintain, do i have to buy more Extended Multi Account Modul or it is the maximum number of accounts it can handle? 10 accounts only or 10 accounts for every Extended Multi Account Modul?

You can only buy the extended multi account once and the maximum number is 10 for each platform, that's because it will consume a lot of resources with the maximum number of accounts set, if you have special needs we can talk about the limits, just send an email to support.

OS - Windows as this only runs on windows. Apart from that it's like installing it on your own computer, connect to the vps and install it and run it from there.
As for a recommended vps company, if it's a windows vps you can have it anywhere, i think there are several people on BHW providing this, or you could try the webhostingtalk forum, a lot of offers there with reviews and people talking about them.

The only way to use it on OSX is to install it into a windows virtual machine or use a windows vps.

About the first two please send am email to admin (at ) massplanner.com change (at) with @ detailing the errors and also a printscreen of the them and they'll solve them for you pretty quick if there is any bug there.
As for following 350 per day that is quite low, you can do that in under an hour if you lower the default timers for auto following. May I ask what delays are you using between follow operations?

hey, you guys answering support ticket faster before I made any payment days ago, now after I pay for the 6 months subscription and all the moduls I see your speed on responding support ticket tends to become slower day by day. Even now I have not received any respond for my support ticket yet, thing I never experience while I was still on my 5 days trial.

I'm sending you ticket asking about:
1. Your VCB Robot software doesn't work, bring only error each time running it. No pinning on pinterest. No point on VCB.
2. Your Flickr Posts mode doesn't work, cannot scrape anything at all on all keywords, bring me only 'Flickrs comes with no result' message.

Well, how to get this resolve? This is the second time I submitting support ticket regarding VCB error. No progress on that software at all, even worse, not working now. zero on all result statistic and actual.
New issue comes on Flickr, so I got a feeling of doubtness that you will get rid of 10 account limitation on my modul as you said on your answer above.

Please respond faster will you.

I don't think you're quite fair, you have to account for the time delay between us, you always send support tickets at night so there is a delay of several hours until we can respond, we don't yet have the manpower to offer support 24/7 . I have checked and you have received responses to all your emails.

1. VCB robot is working fine, for many people and on all our test servers as well - besides the fact that this is not the thread for that you received an email about a team viewer session to see what is the problem on your computer but you did not reply.
2. Flickr posts is working fine as well, perhaps you did not set it up right, again set up a teamviewer session and we'll check it out for you.
3. Mass Planner comes with 2 accounts for each platform, because you took VCB we've enabled the multi account module for you to work with 10 accounts for free, not sure what else you want here, you got a free bonus that is worth more than what you paid for vcb robot. If you want even more accounts we've just release a module yesterday that adds 15 more accounts you can get that one whenever you want.

We respond as fast as we can, we do have to sleep sometimes, and it's not only you that needs our help. For the money you pay ($10) you get more support and faster than you get from softwares where people pay hundreds of dollars so I would take it easier if I were you and allow us time to do our jobs.

Ok to clarify this as this is a public space, we already had teamviewer session, one problem solved - minor error on Flickr.
My VCB error still under investigation by Coitza team.
I spent almost 48 hours in front of computer try to figured out, sleep only less than 5 hours, only to make sure everything would run smoothly, but I couldn't. So I'm rushing for support.
It's not about the price, it is indeed cheap or others overpriced. It's very relative. Time tells how softwares goes from time to time.

Adding one thing, VCB is not part of Mass Planner software itself, it is ViralContentBuzz Software for VCB site, only it happened that Coitza made a promotion for every VCB Software purchased will get 1 free Mass Planner Module. So I just put it all at once in here although this is not VCB thread off course.

Glad you got that sorted up, we aim to patch all bugs really quick and help everybody with their problems, sometimes there can be crazy bugs on some systems that take a while to solve though.

It depends on how many actions you do with each account, if you don't do many things more accounts will work fine. But yes, considering that each account is opened in its own browser it does take a lot of resources especially since Facebook is comprised of a lot of huge pages with lots of images.
Extra modules are a one time payment, and a small one at that, if you plan to use it for a longer time you won't even notice it, also if you get more at the same time we have some nice discounts

Hi, I sent the email and the response was very quick. Pinterest source URLs is a bug and is being worked on. RSS feed issue - still getting looked into. Also had issues with proxies that is getting dealt with. Support is great.

As to the number of followers - 20-35 minutes between operation (minimum the app will allow) and 9-10 followers (maximum app will allow)

I only run the server for 8 hours a day during office hours. I cant get the 350 follows I get with justunfollow in 5 minutes without issues using this app. I'd really like this resolved - either reducing the time between operations / allowing the user (i.e. customer) to put in anything they like or increasing the numbers for auto follow operations. I understand you do not want accounts banned but I have been doing 350/day without issue for months and should be able to use the software as I like.

P.S. I was a mac user - bought a PC just to run this at my office!
