Hello,

anyone here can help me get suppliers' invoices? All of my items are drop shipped. I don't have any invoices/receipts. And now I need them to get my ebay account back. Please help! Thank you in advance

why not just make something up? Do they even check?

That will work depending on what you sell but if you're claiming that you're getting new Louis Vuitton bags, they will definitely check and ban you in hours if you send in false paperwork.

If you're selling legit items, your supplier should be able to provide you with invoices. If you've been selling knockoffs of high risk VERO items, you're basically screwed.

Contact your dropshipper/supplier and ask for a list of your accounts sales.

Thanks for your replies!

I actually haven't sold anything yet. I only had 12 listings and most of them are furniture and tool kits. I'm not selling any knockoffs or Vero items. I'm worried if ebay will call suppliers to verify the receipts/invoices?

Are you selling new brand name stuff? This sound like just a standard vero check for a new account rather than a prelude to them banning your account.

No, just some office chairs and ottomans. 4 out of 12 are $100 to $220. The rest are tool kits, hammer set.. which are less than $50. I haven't sold anything yet so I can't get an invoice from any where

are you listing them as new or used? If you're listing them as used, they shouldn't be asking for invoices.

well, if they're new and legit, your drop shipper should have no problem providing invoice
The thing is I haven't sold any items so I haven't actually purchased anything from them. How can I get an invoice?

They can still ask for invoices even if the items are used. eBay typically asks for invoices when you're selling high risk or VERO items, or if you have irregular selling activities. Since you said you're not dealing with fakes or VERO items, then you just have to worry about your selling activity. How old is your account? It sounds like a newer one. If so, then listing too many auctions at once plus the dollar amount of these items plus listing new items would likely be the reason why as that's all "risky" on newer accounts.

If I understand you correctly, you mean that you listed some items that didn't sell yet, but eBay restricted your account and is asking for invoices correct? Then you'll have to do some photoshopping or pay someone to do it because I doubt any supplier would just give you invoices for items you didn't actually buy.

Thanks for your input. My account is pretty new. I guess its the reason why it got restricted. I have several Walmart physical receipts. Can I just scan then photoshop them? Or I have to put a bogus supplier?

Ask your drop shipper to make email you a pro forma invoice for each item you have listed on eBay.

I contacted them already. They don't offer that option/service. I only can get one after I place an order

??? Why would they have problem giving you a pro forma invoice? Sounds like you're going to have to make up a fake invoice and send it in and hope for the best. Are you selling brand name furniture?

I have no idea.. I didn't even mention the brands in the listings. Can I use Walmart receipts?

You could try that if you're confident in your photoshop skills. Just make sure all items are accounted for. At this point you have nothing to lose because the account is pretty much gone.
