hi, I just download trial version and found that its not working for me, I read tut and realised I dont have IE 11, can you please point me where I can download IE "11" for XP, because I see XP is supported but unfortunately its not working for me. Yes I have US PVA and yes I try find IE 11 for xp on google.

I've read some speculation in other threads that FB adds fake UIDs onto fan pages themselves so they can know when users upload lists that have been scraped. Have you, or any other users here, heard of this happening?

I have some other questions but don't want to make it seem like I'm bashing on your sales page, so if you could PM me (I don't have enough posts yet) that would be great!

I have difficulty to merge all the .csv file.

When I open the .csv file, the UIDs are not number, they are in other format with number. Something like this:

I understand that and here is how to change it to number. So I select all the UIDs, right click and choose "Format Cells", choose Special>Zip Code, to change all the weird UIDs into numbers. Once I done that, I save the file. Right now I reopen the file and it become like this:

Meaning before and after edit the .csv file, the .csv file cannot be use in UGLUE as UGLUE cannot identify the UIDs.

Anyone facing the same problem ?

Its NOT a problem actually, if you are importing them to your ads campaign, FB does the converting automatically

Yes and if you want to convert them to numbers then YES do the format cells method, BUT I don't see a reason for that

Because I load it into UGLUE it doesn;t working. I want to remove the duplciated UIDs before load it into facebook

What I usually do was I copy the UIDs from the .csv file and manually combine it all, and then use the EXCEL "Remove Duplicated" to remove the duplicated UIDs.

What version of Ulead Pro are you running? Version 3.6 exports uids in text file, which you can then import in to UGLUE, combine and delete duplicates...

At the moment it does txt files only, on the next version 4.0 we will updated Uglue to process csv

NO, Facebook does not allow you to scrape events just yet using their Graph Search .
