If you see the Domain rank in ahrefs , you would see its already 46, thats really hard for a brand new domain.

Ahrefs domain rank is one of the easiest ranks to manipulate. Let me blast a site for 1 hour and it'll hit domain rank 50 like no problem. Don't look into your domain rank/page rank/trust flow/citation flow.
It can all easily be bypassed - reaching CF/TF of 20+ with a single blast is easily achievable.
