Is this a good price to charge for customized WP theme websites?

I have a few clients now, and I'm thinking about offering the website for free, and charging $200/month for SEO, maintenance, hosting and up to three changes. The more changes, the more I charge. Does this sound good to ya'll, or should I lower the monthly cost?

I'd say it depends on what type of businesses you are working with..

A real life example, last week I was at my barber getting a fresh cut. I started talking to her about her website and how much she paid. She said $0 upfront, and $100/month. No marketing or anything, just a basic website for $100/month, no contract.

Test the waters at $200 and see what kind of response you get. But do not undervalue what you are offering them

Its a good idea to charge monthly fees. You are responsible for client results and have steady income. Everybody is happy.

Depends on the requirement of the site. And a broader explanation of SEO and maintenance would sound better.
Bottom line is "Quality goes a long way" there are many who would pay 200$ if its worth it.

Try offering the price as it is - you leave yourself space for discounts to offer. :)
