Not working again it says " failed to get captchas "
It seems to be working fine right now. I just tested it and I was able to create a hundred accounts in a few seconds with public proxies.
Try using better proxies. I just created another 100 accounts in just a few seconds. If it's still not working for you, it might be a network problem on your end or try creating accounts at another time. VFEmail is a small company and their servers can be very slow at times.

Ya It's Working Very Nicely I have created 15000 + accounts last day so it's working very well for me
For someone who also sucks with it: you have to copy the .exe from outside the folder into folder (remove other .exe) and start that from the folder.
That is v1.1

Sorry, guys. Releasing this for free caused VFEmail to be completely hammered. They now limit the number of new signups for their entire site per day. Account Stream was a little too powerful this time
I got a 4k email and 6k so im happy, Wish i would of made more thou being the fact this dont work anymore
