If the site has a RSS feed, you can use that to copy the content to your website. otherwise You will have to create a custom solution . Try ifttt too.

BOT is a good solution but you need to run bot every time you want to import data. How about php script? You can custom made php script from freelance marketplace or here . If you want to import from images site like 9gag you can also automatically watermark your images and its totally automatic.

Tell what script your website uses like wordpress/joomla/drupal/whatever or static html. What kind of content do you want to pull from the other site? Is it static or dynamically updated? Is it just images or contains a lot of texts with tables and stuffs? How frequent do you want to aggregate the data?
