Is there any software out there which can handle social signals?

Hey guys.. i'm curious, on my wordpress website i have social signals in the right corner, facebook, g+, twitter, pinterest and so on.. it looks kinda unflattering to have them all at 0.

So.. i would like to know if there is any program for sale/free that can handle this for me? I'm not all that interested in buying some kind of bhw service since i want to be able to do this for myself.
Have you stumbled upon such a software?

Isnt those made for boosting my fanpages, like twitter retweets and facebook likes etc? I'm talking about the social signals on a certain page on my website.. not related to any kind of account at the social media sites.

Edit: Out of curiousity.. are you talking about the scripts for addmefast? or a bot as in software? the later would interest me

i suggest you use fiverr ( fee) ,likenation, addmefast, like4like,youlikehits... ( exchange) , i have tried and those are realy useful for new website

You should increase your social signals...even if with a service from around here that will do the job artificially, instead of tricking a plugin. They will look good and they will also help you with ranking.

Software for social signals - According to me hootsuite is fine.
But most frequently i will use fiverr and seoclerks. I will use according to my geo location..
