Accounts being locked are mainly due to low quality proxies. You can create accounts with them and use them for a short period, but they become locked after a while. Use proxies that aren't being abused by many other people and you should start seeing your accounts last longer.

It does not currently work. Yahoo has increased their security measures for creating new accounts and require most new accounts to verify the phone number through a call or text message. AOL Account Stream is almost ready, so you can look forward to that!

I've recently added the ability to output in custom formats. In the settings, under General, there is a new category called "Output" where you can customize how the newly created accounts are written to files. You can customize it yourself very easily to match GSA's format.
The status of a thread will be "Waiting..." when there aren't any more accounts that need to be created or if they're in the process of being created by other threads already.Bought
