Bought a domain for 2$, which hosting should I take?

I dont have alot of money in my paypal account (like 10-15bucks)
All I need is a domain without any ads that I can run WP on it.
Any suggestions? I need 2-3$/m domain (less is better).

btw, if one of you know a way to make few bucks to paypal, i would like to hear it.
