Good CPA network for email submits? 150 unique hits per day

Hi all

Is there a recommended CPA network for email sign ups?

Would ideally like a reputable site and one that actually pays - don't want $15 per sign up if they never pay!

Getting around 150unique views per day and looking to make use of the traffic for $$ (I think its CPA? Ad-sense I know isn't recommended??)
