Forex Email List - What to do with it?

Hi guys,

I have a list of more or less 4000 forex traders. This includes their name, country city and email of course.

I have no way of sending out to them. So maybe someone can help me send it and we split profits made OR I can willing to sell the list to someone. The list does contain previous buyers of a course. I have never sent out to this list before so it is still fresh with hungry buyers.
