Get Namecheap value hosting worth $50 for $ 7

Does anyone find that the servers are very slow on their hosting account? Most of the time I can't access my site or cPanel. I can't say that I'm happy with Namecheap's service. I suppose you get what you pay for and at $7, it's obviously nothing.
