Yes $0.01 for the first month. I don't think the promotion is going to end, this have been there for a long time as i know.

Just one question, if I incentivize people to signup under false promises and they only pay like the first month or the first 2 months, will I still get the comission?

Alright your commission will be hold for 60 days prior to the signup for HG to check their genuinity. If your signups only pay for the first month and not the 2nd month, you'll never get paid for them. If you signups just pay for 2 months and then after you get the $$ they just stop paying, HG will be suspicious and your account will be banned.

I have been promoting HG for the past 1 year and recently they are being "dick" when it comes to signups, they'll normally ask random signups to provide extra information (photo id or identification proof) before they can use their cpanel. If your signups fail to provide those information, the signup will be labelled as "fraud". I am experiencing this 1 in every 3 sales I make, hence a lot of money lost due to their stupid demand. People will just leave them alone rather than going through the hassle of providing proofs for just a cpanel and hosting.
