My business mixed with IM

Hello, i wanted to share the beginning of my marketing with the bhw and see if there are any good tips that i can pick up before i start making concrete decisions. So i have a business that i run and a product that i sell. I have recently started a facebook business acct. I read a bunch of stuff and using ulead pro i am able to add a consistent amount of friends to fake fb accounts and then eventually invite them to "like" my biz fb page. The point of the business page is to obviously either sell my product directly from FB or have them link to my website which will be great also. What is the fastest way to grow friend base because even though ulead pro helps save time, its still very time consuming adding all these friends on different accts and so forth. Also, do I want to advertise to these people through the business page or through the friend profiles themselves? thanks ahead of time

I'm not getting you but I would say - Search keywords in your niche & optimize your site for those. That would be helpful in long run.

I also do not get what you are trying to say in here. But if you are asking about how you can improve the traffic that you are driving into your page, you should know that you can never go wrong with posting high quality content, especially if you get your visitors to be engaged.

Hey Salby, I think I understand your question.

1. So first of all when scraping UIDs in ulead try to make your graph search as specific as possible, for ex:
Women between 25 and 30 who live in London, speak english and like <competitor page>.

Then when you've done your search you can still narrow it down with the options on the right (age, gender, ...) if these are options that weren't yet included in your search.

So when you've got your searching down and you're staring at the list of potential buyers, scrape their info. (make sure to select random scroll to make it seem a bit more natural)
To invite them to your disposable accounts you'll need to export just the emails.

To send them a friend request simply log in to your disposable account and go to https://www.facebook.com/invite.php

Here you can copy/paste the addresses in plain text and send a mass-invite. Make sure to set the language to that of your audience.
If your list doesn't have the addresses comma seperated just load it up in word (or OO Writer), show non-print characters and replace '$' by ', '.

2. To make it all seem less spammy it's best to make your disposable accounts seem real, so add a profile picture; like some related pages and when you've built up enough friends with the methodd above suggest them to like your page.

I'd personally do all promo via the official page so that it doesn't openly seem like your disposable account is affiliated in any way.

Wont facebook lock those disposable accounts pretty quickly if he is friending a lot of people?

If you're clicking on the "add friend" buttons, yes.
The method I've described above is used when you want to invide your email address book to facebook, I personally try not to exceed 500 invites / 24hrs and haven't had any problems so far.

The more you can narrow down your potential buyers the better, because I'm pretty sure that if the friend acceptance rate is too low this might raise some flags.

Anyway, since you've got a 'buffer' (the disposable accounts) you can just invite the people, build up your audience and only start promoting your page when you hit several K friends.
This way you'll have some time to make sure your account is seen as genuine.

I'm currently working on a way to properly automate the page suggestions as well, if anyone finds this technique useful let me know and I'll make a proper guide.

ok but arent you scraping the emails from facebook with ulead? thanks a lot for the help and advice by the way but this part i am bit confused on...when i invite a few hundred friends (mike.smith1(at)facebook(dot)com) through the facebook(dot)com/invite.php page and i am using sexy girl pictures, i am getting very few responses which makes me believe facebook is not delivering my invite...i am also including a small message in the invite...
