Site stuck @ 11th position!

I need help! I am working on clients site! The site using Medium to High Competition keywords I have bring the site up in 2 month without tier links! I used Web 2.0's, Content Marketing, Social Bookmark and High Authority related blog posts and comments!
But from last two weeks site is stuck at 11th position for most keywords!

What you guys can suggest to bring this up?

I am not OK with PBN though I can go for tiered links

I totally suggest that you come up with a tier 2, as well, just like what neweaver said. However, it would be better to find out what is causing the problem, first, before you make any move. Go over the quality of the content that you are providing to your traffic.

I too agreed with neweaver! on the other hand This is a long term project so I haven't use any SPAM Content! All links are from authority sites and content is written by NATIVE writer...

Yeah you can say that I am asking what is SEO! Its your understanding what you can understand from title of any post!

Happened to me too
I jus did more tier 2 on previous links
Made new tier 1 links espeically high PR blog posts and my site went to top 5 from 14th

Check you onpage seo for overoptimization. Check keyword density. It may be the reason. If everything is allright build some more quality links like guest posts, quality PBNs

I've had sites that were stuck at the 11th position and some just on the second page, but I succeeded in getting them to the first page using 301 redirects. Redirect a relevant domain with a good amount of authority to it.

create some fresh content and social media links
maybe a review on a similar blog with a do follow anchored keyword
remember to create a sitemap.xml of your site and submit it to Webmaster tools

i recommend u wait little more. these will move up. mean while u can add more related contents and link to 11th position post in new posts.

it will work. if not then build 1 or 2 quality links. these will work for sure. U know quality na

Have you tried getting links on Authority sites, I hope it will help you?

If what you are doing is working then do more of it even though i would call most of your links deadly.
