I don't know anything about SEO and the webthingy in general.
I have a site build after losing my job and now i need to climb the ladder to show the product and service we have.
Is this the right way to go or will it burn the site in the end?

Where can I begin. They promoted my competitor. Staff tried to sell me services on the side. Put up the worst spam I have ever seen...double charged me...Yes I could not believe my eyes.

The staff sent you report file with some errors, which they corrected in the second mail. Please check. All work has been done for you only, check the links in the report please.
Also please don't lie about any double charges none were made. You signup via our billing system and it charges you automatically every month. If you want to cancel just let us know. This is standard billing practice by subscription based service providers.
And all the links we build/provide are part of the packages as mentioned in the BST. You signup for it. We don't build any links which has PA DA less than 30. Most of them have PA DA 50+.

For the respect of this forum I'll be brief. Re double charge-you did refund and apologize finally (after a few months) so calling me a liar is out of line however does indicate your treatment of customers. Next all tier 1 was unreadable scraped and mashed=bad for many months. Only after begging for 3 months was an actual writer used. No press releases were ever done. Posted videos were promoting competitors etc. I copied every conversation and support request (kept it). It was pure madness. Lets say this client job (I was ultimately responsible for) fell through the cracks and is not normal for your services. But people do report back about your conduct...and should.

Sure, I do accept the team made some mistakes and rectified them when told and I do apologize public ally for the same. As mistakes do happen time to time, we all are human beings.
Also I appreciate your feedback and it helped us to find issues in our processes which we will fix.
I cannot take back the frustration you have suffered with us in the last order, but as a good customer service gesture I can try to make up of it by offering you a month's worth of free Gold MM package on any of your website.
Just contact support and give us any website and we shall work on it for free gold package for a month.
I hope this time your experience shall be much smoother and something which you would like.

Would you do an audit for my site?. I think it would be great if you could give it a health check before I sign up for your service so we could choose the correct Seo plan for it. I have been monitoring your service for a long time and I think it is time for me to sign up.

I would like to speak of my experiences with Market Mongoose Platinum Package..
I operate in highly competitive finance/legal niches and have given a one month trial of the platinum package for 12 keywords.
Results:
11 out of 12 keywords have all increased in serp - not only that but a keyword that was seemingly blown out of the water outside the top 100 has since recovered and is on page 4 and climbing, multiple keywords sit on page one, and they look set to continue climbing as more of the links get indexed, and all but one of these keywords are either 1 word or two word keywords, that speaks for itself.
Customer Service:
I found the customer service to be excellent with a good level of attention to detail that most providers would not be prepared to give, I have been impressed by the professionalism shown, and the patience, especially since I can be quite a 'stickler' for detail & specifics in services.

Its a monthly recurring service, but the links do stay. We don't rent links, we build them forever.
