I am ready to give my final review on this service. It has been 4 months since I placed my first of 4 orders (2 silver and 2 gold packages).
I placed order #1 over 4 months ago (silver package - 1 video)
The ranking report was sent within the TAT.
Despite multiple attempts through this forum and email, I still do not have the promised amount of backlinks to the blog post. As of today, there are only 500 (out of 10,000) backlinks. The video only received half of the promised views and half of the promised subscribers.
I've contacted support. However, the figures have never changed.
This video did reach the bottom of page 1 on YouTube for my main keyword. It's just a shame the work was never completed because maybe it could have ranked higher and drove in some real traffic.
I know Google rankings are not guaranteed but they do advertise that the work performed is intended to rank the video on page 1 of the video results. This video is buried on page 6 of the video results (53rd ranked video).
Order #2 was placed on 4/21/14 (gold package - 3 videos)
The ranking report was not sent until July 2 (2+ months). I had to request to see it. YouRank offered to upgrade my gold package to a diamond package. I have not been updated about what additional work has been completed.
I was short on views for all 3 videos. 2 of the videos are sitting at around 6k (out of 10k) views. The third video only has 100 views. Same story with the backlinks. I reached my daily limit on Ahrefs so I can't check the exact number but as of about 30 days ago all 3 blog posts were severely short of the promised 10,000 backlinks. In addition to that, Likes across all 3 videos were under-delivered.
Youtube rankings:
Video1: not ranked on page 1 of youtube for any of my keywords. It did rank briefly for 2 of my secondary keywords but the rankings did not stick. Video never ranked for my main keyword.
Video 2: not ranked on page 1 of youtube for any of my keywords and never ranked.
Video 3: Achieved page 1 rankings for 2 out of 3 keywords. Unfortunately, the video did not reach page 1 for my main keyword.
All 3 videos are buried deep on the google video results. None are worth noting.
Order #3 was placed in the middle of may (gold package - 3 videos)
Ranking report was also delivered on July 2 (about 6 weeks after order date).
Likes across all 3 videos were under-delivered. All views were delivered promptly. Again, I can't check Ahrefs until tomorrow but as of about 30 days ago, backlinks to all 3 blog posts were under-delivered.

Final analysis
I know the facts above are mostly disappointing, but I truly believe that they are an honest and hard working company. Perhaps my orders just slipped through the cracks. I just don't have the time to keep following up with support to get the corrections made. I decided to use their service to automate my process. It defeats the purpose if I have to spend hours tracking everything.
There is a huge need for a service like this. I would be placing at least 1 order per week if I didn't experience the complications with my orders. I carefully read every page of this thread to gather feedback before I placed my order and it sounds like I am in the minority. Everyone else seems to have had a wonderful experience with great results.
I certainly don't want to deter anyone from trying their service. When things are delivered properly, they have a great product that is capable of delivering good results. Unfortunately, many of the services were not delivered and my rankings never came around. I was very patient and waited 4 months before giving my feedback to give the videos every chance to rank. I think I have been fair.
I do not enjoy leaving negative feedback. But the truth is I sunk a lot of time and money into this service with very little payoff.

I appreciate your feedback. I am new to blackhat forums and the services offered on here. I've purchased 2 services so far. This being one of them and another (which has delivered everything as promised and has been a good experience. Unfortunately, I am pretty much in the same situation. I ordered back and may and things started great. Was supposed to get 10k views but currently have a little over 5k and it has been sitting like that for more than a month. I also tried to follow up and question the progress, but was told that it was being drip fed. It's just too much of a hassle to keep trying to get answers and unlike yourself, i only had the 1 order. It sounds like if the work had been completed you'd be reaping the rewards now.
I'm with you and believe that their intentions are good but for some reason were just not able to complete the job. I used to read this thread on a daily basis but it has been quiet for some time and i'm wondering if something happened.
