It would be better if you post your concerns on the BST section. On the other hand, have you considered Facebook ads? This way, you would only experience gaining not only high quality and targeted page likes, but also genuine likes and comments and a progress in your page that will last for a long span of time.

Current source I am using has started cheating on me lately, and he is rarely online. I usually need around 10-30k a week. I cannot use paypal but I use Skrill and I pay UPFRONT of course.

I'm not sure if were allowed to promote a specific service here on BHW so I will only say this, I have a FB Page that I was needing likes for. I looked here on the forums and found one guy offering a service and ordered 1k likes, however I was not satisfied as most of those likes were from accounts with no content, no display pictures and almost all of them had the exact same interests in likes and I only got just shy of 900 likes.
