nowadays it is so hard to get views

so
i asked if there is software or add on on browser that can change ip every 30 sec so we can get real views

Your best bet would be to buy YouTube views. 5,000 views cost only about $4.5 so that shouldn't worry you.

Hitleap use to provide YT views, but now YT heavily filters the views. I noticed I would get a couple thousand views from Hitleap using Anonymous/direct traffic source a few months back. I've tried different referrers and time settings and no views now. Hitleap will work, but the problem is creating/finding the right script.

OP if you are trying to boost your video by cheap views then it may result in banning your video

So its better to get real human views from quality sellers

Just stick with proper On Page SEO and a few high quality backlinks and you are good to go. YT is not the same anymore so if you're planning to send 1k+ of views and tons of cheap backlinks then your video will go down in ranks. Views will flow naturally, also try to promote it in Facebook, Twitter, etc. To a related fan base.
