What is your sticking point in article writing - english skills, niche knowledge, or flow?
My English skills are probably where it's at. I don't have a ton of niche knowledge unless in gaming, music, or health/fitness. I don't understand what you mean by flow. Other than that, like I said, I'm not sure about a lot of things that go with article writing.

Well, I guess I'm done with postloop. I was told it was using too much internet and I'm not earning enough to pay it back. I guess I'll give a shot at article writing on fiverr.
P.S. I did make $6.05 in total before having to leave.

Fiverr takes a lot, if you add it up after 40 gigs how much they make from your sales, i have tried to just work threw paypal to get the full $5 for the gigs, and they downgraded me sow i have learned, its better to do it the right way..

I didn't know fiverr takes a $1 from each sale.. that's a big chunk.

Thanks, and yeah, $4 is not too bad though. As stated in the beginning post, it's just a stepping stone for some startup capital.

Okay, my bad I have not been on in a couple of days, I've been busy. Anyway, I am going to try to pursue something in Fiverr and I'm going along with a writing style. One thing I have noticed though; people can literally sell anything there. Thus, I have an idea of what to do!
Okay, I'm going to try to see if I can write short stories on subjects that people want me to. Basically, they'll send me the type of story they want me to write whether it be horror, suspense, mystery, preferably not romance but you get the point. I'll allow them to include any details about the content they want me to add in. I'll be posting up in the description about the kind of writing I won't do. I don't want to write erotica or anything like that.
Anyways, that's where I'm heading right now. We'll see if it works out or not. I'll probably find something else to do as well for a bit of diversification.
One last thing; does anyone know a decent way to get Fiverr gigs started up? I've heard it's fairly difficult to get someone to buy something from a lower-than level one seller. I'll search around on the forums but you guys may have some extra ideas!

In order to get sales on Fiverr, you need to do Fiverr exchange reviews. So you basically need at least $50 for a start on your Paypal account which you will use to do Fiverr exchange with other members on this forum (check the thread about fiverr exchange review and you will be added to a skype conversation).
I found it impossible to start a gig without having at least 10 positive reviews on a gig. What also may work good is to have something that others don't (which seems impossible on the start). Instead of one 500 word article for $5, offer two 500 words articles for the same price to get some sales going. After you start receiving lot of orders and good reviews, just change it to one 500 word article. It's a good and useful trick.
And I'm guessing you will have lot of troubles with those scamming buyers who is only looking to get free content or free backlinks and they will start cancelling orders to get both, their $5 back and the actual order. It's ,unfortunately, the bad side of Fiverr.

Hello Mazad. Firstly I would like to wish you the best of luck with your method. Since I'm not new to writing (postloop, Iwriter, blog writer, paid articles ect) I must admit that postloop is a great website to post at if you have the amount of time and if you're not lazy. Also keep in mind that you must pay taxes for the money you earn there.
Okay, I was doing some research about Fiverr and I don't think I'll be able to do it due to startup costs. You guys really weren't kidding about the whole "needing startup for a decent project" thing were you? Well, I guess I'll keep doing some research on something else.
In other news; I just graduated high school and was offered a full-time job where my father works! I'm going to attempt to take it if possible, but I'll need to write a resume and stuff of the sort. His boss said I'll get minimum wage which is expected, but I might take some of the extra money I earn from there and put it into IM.
One thing I have been thinking about is writing short-story eBooks. I know of a couple people who make a 2nd income by writing them and sending them through free promoters who take like 30% - 40% but will definitely sell at least a few copies. Just a thought. Plus it would help with the limited internet usage. Anyways, sound like a decent plan-C?
