The seller was suppose to provide me YouTube PVA Accounts yesterday. The advised me to pay and they will deliver within 3 - 4 hours. So I paid via PayPal. Last night, I asked about my order and they could not provide me the accounts I paid for.

Excuse was office is close. So knowing that they made me pay and promised to deliver accounts within 3 - 4 hours. I needed the accounts yesterday for testing and ths was made clear by me. So I had to buy accounts from another provider.

I then told the seller to please refund my money. Response was they do not have money in PP account and will refund in the morning, which is 3 hours ago.

I knew this was a setup and that the seller will then in the morning tell me to take the accounts and not refund. This is what happened. Saying they have no money in PP account and I must take the accounts.

So we have a bullshitter here and a liar! The seller does not wan to provide refund and papal dispute is opened.

EDIT: This is the latest that was sent to me on skype from the seller. Its sick!

Just to Confirm, I asked for Double YouTube PVA Account - 20 @ $12. They asked me to send money as gift. I said I'll pay the fee and send it as service (Smart Thinking For If I Get Scammed) I sent $14 to cover fee.

This started on the 18th After I paid. Please follow screenshots from skype to see how this seller lies and messes one around!

Its not the 20th and the Seller Refuses to Refund Nor send me 20 YT Double PVA Accounts like I paid for! They deleted me of skype and send sick messages like you can see in 1ste post.

PayPal dispute is open....

Please be aware of this seller!
 
Was this through blackhatworld? It always amazes me that people buy services from a site called "blackhatworld" and then are super shocked when they get scammed. Like duh.

That's a retarded statement, considering this is probably the biggest IM market place on the web with 1000s of transactions taking place through here each day with no issues.

You obviously know NOTHING about the measures we take in the attempt
to make our members' buying experience as pleasant and safe as possible.
There is simply no way to determine what a seller's motive is until it comes
to the surface. We have some very reputable sellers and service providers
in our Marketplace, so to stereotype them based on your interpretation of
what "black hat" is, is erroneous on your part.

Hi mate,

Thanks for the effort and feedback! This person should be banned on BHW as I am sure they have a new account here with same skype ID. MODS can help put I am sure ;). They scan the threads and add people manually on Skype as well. The website should be banned to be posted on BHW as well! Is there a way we can make this more viral on BHW so people can avoide getting scammed?

I have seen some stupid but comments and yours is right up there with them.
There are some good, quality services on BHW that have to be approved, the fact you think because this forum is called BHW so you shouldn't purchase from here is ridiculous.
It's a name, stop being so ignorant.

This dude has used sharklasers email addresses for his registrant email, admin email and tech email when he registered his domain.

That should set some alarm bells ringing, using a throw away email address on his "business".

Blanked out other information as its not up to me to reveal that but it can be found with a simple whois search if you need it. Probably fake though.

Clicking anywhere on the website ( atleast for the first time) opens a new window with some affiliate ads which is the first and important impression that they are online for scamming only.

No serious business would put affiliate ads like this . I mean why would you want to advertise other products and lose your customers?

No wonder they ARE BEING TERMED AS SCAMMERS...............

+1 for this. But I think you should've posted in the SL section from the start, considering you had evidence.
 
With the proof that me and another member have provided, I think this thread (youtubepvastore.com) should be in the shit list. All of his posts on other places start in December of 2013 and continue on casually until the last few days. The 16th of August is the last post that I see about it.
 
Doesn't seem to be much point moving this to the shitlist section. The matter isn't going to be resolved here unless it's discovered that the banned member has a new account here.

His site is getting severely bombed by this thread alone anyway, it's already 5th in google when searching for the site name with the .com, without we are top!!
