Anybody using WP-Tube-Plugin with Hostgator?

I'm having issues with getting cronjobs to work with this plugin.
of course i've already contacted the developer (countless times...) and STILL no success as of yet.

I even gave him access to the cpanel (which I NEVER do...) and results are not happening.


Contacted HG and they say to check via SSH, haven't had time to do that (and honestly after spending nearly $200 I don't want to spend anymore time of mine troubleshooting)

Anybody else using this plug with HG?
What is the commandline you're using?

If you login via SSH, then do the following:

sudo -i ( it will ask for password)

crontab -e

Now you have a vi editor open which has the cronjob.. Enter your cronjob and save it.. simple.. don't know how to make the command? See this tut:

Ever since HG has come under new ownership they aren't as helpful and wait times are insane....

contact hostgator they solve this issue

What is the commandline you're using?

have you valid copy of wp-tube-plugin ? please check your cron job page . there written everything clearly how to write in command line.

this is 100% working. please send us email with your payment email id and transaction id. if you are genuine buyer then your problem resolve in 10 mins. also send your previous email when you contacted us about the cron job module.

there are many threads in our support forum about cron job.
