Does the "Freelance/Help Wanted" sections still exist?

I'm trying to find the "Freelance/Help Wanted" section but no success.

You can only post offers when people ask for help or want to hire a freelancer. If you're going to offer a service or product, it should be posted in BST(requires a Jr.VIP subscription and costs $30 per thread) and approved by a mod.
