The spreadsheet is a great movewill enable buyers to have more choices to choose from. It more on furniture, if not wrong target more toward amazon niches?

In your sales copy you mention that one of the reasons that makes a keyword 'easy' is that the top 10 search results for that particular keyword are dominated by 'default' sites like Amazon or Youtube.
So my question is: what if I want to use one of your keywords to rank a Youtube video? Would that make it difficult? Or should I just tell you in advance that there shouldn't be Youtube videos as competitors for my keyword(s)?

IF there are authority sites ranked in the top 10 that have high page authority, such as YouTube, it becomes much harder to rank for.. UNLESS of course, the YouTube video does not have good on page SEO. What I am saying is there are 2 main factors that main a keyword hard or easy:
1. Low average top 10 PA is good
2. THEN, crap top 10 on page SEO.
One thing to avoid is home pages on the top 10 with low PA (above 0), and low DA. This means people have optimised their website for that keyword.
I am glad you asked, it will help other people understand keyword research more.
