Go to h*ttp://h2**obeta.l*aw.har**vard.e**du register for free and then create your playlist. You can get 1 backlinks from there. just remove the "**"

Then you just need to wait the G bot to crawl them.

But why ask for help from the members of this forum, if you are not willing to give help to those same members that are sharing their knowledge and are supplying you with further info . I am really kinda confused, it almost seems as though you are taking advantage of what this forum seems to be all about...

.edu and .gov links will definitely help a website to gain advantage in their PR and the SERPs but the weightage which these links had earlier is not the same anymore as the .edu wikis were getting terribly spammed by spammers and that might have raised a flag with Google.
The important thing about getting backlinks is the quality and relevancy I must say and yeah PR also matters if we are talking about Google.

I agree with mark07.
If you find spammed edu link pages, don't use them. Only put your links on clean edu pages.

To find edu links you can try to search on Google : inurl:"edu/forum/profile.php", you can spam edu forums for exemple, first you need to register, then when your registration is ok you can spam your profile page and get a backlink. Before doing that, see if those profile's pages are indexed by Google.

An other way is to find edu wiki's pages you can edit yourself, exemple :
cs.nyu.edu/~meacham/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?action=edit&id=Xeniac_Home
