I haven't invented or tested this method (why to reinvent a wheel?), but this guys was very thorough:

Executive summary:

By using audio editor, speed up the audio content for negligible 5%, or kill off first 30 second of audio, since it only scans that area.

Or better: speed up the first 32 seconds by 5% and then make a fade to the normal speed (to make it sound natural) :)

It is also good to know that large porn content providers use audio fingerprinting as well to find pirated content (I cannot find a link, but I remember that from one interview), so if you have problems with DMCA as well, try some of this methods on your porn uploads.
 
I've never experienced to be banned due to audio.. i use a batch converter
 
Adding reverb definitely helped me. I had this movie trailer that I uploaded several times and each time it had copyright issues. Adding reverb in Sony Vegas solved the problem and it sounds cool.
