Not entirely sure, but it seems that there may be a negative seo campaign on all my sites?

I'm getting a ton of -
  • [主页] (59%)
coming out of china. Massive spam with just this on a number of my domains.

It's clearly working.

If it is effective and detrimental to my site, my question is this;

Is there a way to block an entire country in google's eyes?
Do I have to submit a reconsideration request?? or disavow?
Just worried that they'll review my other backlinks if so?

Never had to do that before, so I'm wondering what the most effective way about going about this is.

Can I block just one keyword?

Define "clearly working"? Because no offense, but I don't believe you.

I ran numerous NSEO case studies (I'm still running them today) and it's been over 10 months. I blasted every site I targeted with a shitton of shitty, overoptimized GSA spam and sent all the links to indexification.

And I did this on a range of low competition to high competition sites.

The least competitive site, had a little over 200 links when I attacked it. Fast forward 10 months now it has over 600,000 links. It hasn't dropped as much as 1 position in the SERPS. Didn't even bounce or do anything.

This has been the same story for every other site I attacked.

Any negative effect you think you're seeing, I'd wait a week or 2 and seriously reconsider what you think is happening.

Because I haven't just tested this myself, but I've spoken to various guys who are 100xs smarter than I am. Like "Iamnameless" from WaFo. And a few other guys who are deep in the SEO game. One had me sign an NDA and gave me a site of his own to attack. That's how confident he was I couldn't take it down. And he was right cause I've been trying for 10 months and it's been the same story as every other site I've gone after.

The only way to NSEO a site, you don't do it with spam. I'm not going to write how it's done because my post will be edited. But my point is negative SEO is not real. Not in the context you're talking about.

Are you using GSA SER on your sites? This is an anchor that's created by one of the Guestbook platforms, no matter how you set up your own anchor text it will create that anchor instead.

Then the "link building" is useless? It has no impact on websites?

If website is ranked top5 negative seo won't work (or even top 10). This works for new websites not ranked good yet.

Why do you think it's working? If your rankings haven't budged, then it's not working. Don't do anything yet as BreaknBrix suggested unless you see your rankings dropping. If they do, attempt to take down the links before you start disavowing.

That's a credible case study, although not conclusive. Some say negative SEO works and some say it doesn't. I've never attempted it before but I don't believe it works.

I tried to see if neg SEO works.. so i ordered 1.5 million SB comments with only viagra anchor texts. Still ranking top 3 :)

Well I've been in top spot for all my keywords for a good 3-4 years now.
All my keywords and rankings dropped to < 100

BUT, after I posted this. I found these two threads;

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...rankings-taking-much-longer-than-usual-4.html

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ting-period-after-may-14-payday-update-2.html

I think it's a combination of those stupid chinese anchors causing massive anchor imbalance, and this waiting period algo possibly? Except my domains and sites aren't new.

To answer your question, yes I am using GSA, but I don't have it set to search in china?

Maybe I'm doing this myself. What option in gsa, posts that text to those comments? I'm using the same settings I was using previously when I was doing seo last year and I never had those before.

THanks for the replies people.

Whatever happened, whether it's this keyword or the algo update, I don't know.
But I fully dropped.

I'm really hoping it's just that month long wait period people are claiming.

Fuck man, I'm so broke I've been stealing eggs from farm stands to eat.
And I have lyme disease + really bad health, so my body is deteriorating without proper nutrition...

Hope I can start making some money soon. :(

Fuck... feel really sorry for you man.

I just can't get around something; having those keywords on top for 3-4 years I imagine you must have made quite some money; no savings whatsoever? No investment that could be sold?

Get a mc job for now until you can get back on your feet. I still can't get how you went so broke in a matter of days.

Anyways man, if I were you I'd get a shitty job in the meantime; stealing eggs might not be the best way forward. Look for some food/shelter for poor people, tons of cities have this.

Best of luck

Also, never had to remove links or any of that before as I've always had a profile that google loved.

Not sure how to do it actually, any information would be helpful. I want to remove all these chinese anchors.

Should I grab an ahrefs sub. to get a full list of them?
Then what do I do?

I gambled all my money away a few years ago and then dealing with lyme and such, my life is pretty expensive. I spend a good $500+ a week on food, then another few hundred a week on vitamins and supplements. + I've been having to move from vacation rental to vacation rental. $3-4k rent a month, blah blah blah. + I've been lacking in the seo realm over the past year so I lost a lot of my long tails. Was content with making enough to live my life and heal my ailments. But the past few months were extremely expensive for me.

I can't work a job unfortunately, along with the lyme disease I have a very severe auto immune disorder and I have allergies to 200+ things. I can hardly drive down the road without getting sick, let alone go to the store to get groceries and come out in health.

Job is out of the question, hense why I turned to seo and figured it out.
But I was pre-occupied with a severe heartbreak, severely deteriorating health, etc in the past 6 months and my life just went to shit. SEO was the last of my worries, so been out of touch.

I'm not really worried though, I've learned over my years to surrender to the lessons and will of the universe.
Money will come again, just simply need to figure out what's going on and I'll get back on my feet.

Until then... Austerity.
I've got a bit of rice I can eat, haha.

So ironic... Going from $500 a week grocery bills with all this gorgeous organic food I can eat. To not even being able to buy eggs or gas to drive up the road.

Such is life, the strange dichotomies we face in our search for that ultimate balance.
