When can I make a new Paypal?

I got my Paypal limited like a year ago, if I make a new paypal account will they link them? I dont really want to go under a stealth account honestly. So I'm just wondering what would happen. Thanks!

There is no time limit. They keep all your info. You could open one up with your real info but eventually they will catch it. You could only go stealth unless you get the old account back

Your name will be linked to that address forever. eBay will keep that saved somewhere until the day earth is destroyed. Best way to go is probably to create a stealth paypal and attach it to your real bank account, since paypal does not share info with your bank.

If you can provide whatever information/documents they requested then you have a shot getting your account back, but if it was permanently limited then there's nothing you can do. (Though at this point it wouldn't hurt to try since you have nothing to lose)

Just get a new address and you will be fine. Get a P.O box and some mail sent to it to verify it.

If it was limited year ago i guess paypal automatically remove your limits after 6 months and you can withdraw the amount and close the account.
This is what happened with my paypal account in India.After 6 months limits got removed ,i withdrew the payment and closed the account and made a new one with new bank account and address.

One of my friends got their PP limited and he left it with negative balance. 2 years passed and he got a new account - same account details, except address - that's the only thing that's different. He also uploaded the same documents for verification. As of now, another 2 years have passed and the new account is still standing.

PayPal can only detect you be address or social, if the don't have them they cant touch you.

My bank account gives me 3 different accounts! So I got 3 PayPals.

Try to get some documents via Photoshop, otherwise go stealth.
