Hi, I own personal ebay account, 100% feedback, not top rated seller, based outside US (nor other major country with local ebay website)
I have tried to sell several products, try to change the price from low to high to check results, unfortunetly I only had few sales some from the US and others from other countries.

My question is how ebay determine my exosure to US buyers, I know there are several factors, but there are 2 specific ones I would like to focus on: Item location and Seller account, do both factors can change my selling? or item location is just for the buyers and not being taken into account in ebay serp?
One thing I know for a fact is that ebay shows on serp (for US customers) mostly sellers from US and also top rated seller.

I appreciate your help!

Yes both factors affect your exposure. Ebay buyers now choose USA only sellers. Many have been burned enough times ignoring location and finding out they just bought an item from overseas. Now buyers are smarter and first filter they click is USA Only sellers.

Damn I didnt know that myself lol and I have plenty of sellers lol

Item location can hurt your selling.

Also being a top rated power seller helps put you up towards the top when searching under best matches.

You might to try using different styles and variations in your listings.

Thanks for assiting me, I appreciate your time.
Item location need to be filtered by US user while US sellers automatically gets more exposure as they live at the same state as buyers? If the answer is yes, it means I would get more exposure if my items listed under US seller acount, right?

My experience is that 1st and foremost people with huge number of sales and have higher DSR's get listed first in search. The ebay strategy for the last 5 years or so has been to weed out all the small, non professional sellers, so they give huge amount of weight to how many transactions you do.

Correct. Sales translate into higher ranking. TRS , item location and a host of other factors influence the ranking but as he said, it's the sales that will bring your listing to the top.

New listing and no sales in the first 48 hours and ebay buries the listing.

Thank you guys, I'll apply your suggestion soon hoping to get my sales going.
