Projects are almost the same as articles where in version 1.0. But since we now have more platforms than just articles (video and bookmarks) we call all the information from all platforms a project.
So a project is just a text file containing all the values from the article, video, and bookmark tab.
You can download this sample project and import it to see what I mean.

If you set a project folder for a profile you can quickly switch between projects from the toolbar. The available projects are the one saved in that folder.
This is very handy in many situations. If you have prepared 5 articles/projects you can add them all to a blog in one workflow. E.g.
- Post the first article.
- Quickly switch to the second article. (from the toolbar)
- Post the second article, but schedule it to publish in the future.
- Repeat.
Now you can return after the last article have been posted and see a blog that is frequently updated. But your work was just a few minutes in a single workflow. This is a great way to create authority blogs.

In 2.0 beta, choosing another profile and then choosing back deleted my stored user info for the site.

Here is my review of autofill magic
I have been waiting for a seo tool like this for a long time. I wanted something that would create accounts and be able to post to various properties across the web, in a semi automated fashion so that I could see what was going on and have the benefits of manual and automated at the same time. Autofill Magic does just that.
I wanted tier 1 links that were quality and would stick. I also wanted to be able to fill out profile information and add an avatar that other fully automated tools lack the ability to do.
I used to use Roboform to fill out information but the fields that it fills out isn't spun so it was a big disadvantage and duplicate content footprint.
Autofill Magic comes with over 120 sites preconfigured and once you have sorted out a list of names, addresses, avatars etc and have your spun content ready it is a breeze to use. I also like the fact of how easy it is to add pictures/videos into your content and preview it to see what it looks like right before your eyes.
Autofill Magic beta 2.0 is already out with lots more features and is going to make the ability to add any site of your choice really easy.
I asked the developer when he was going to be adding custom fields and he informed me that this is on its way within a few weeks. I was really happy about this as this will make Autofill Magic unbelievable, as it will really be able to sign up and submit to any website even if it is in a micro niche and requires specific fields that are not so common.
If you have been on the fence about purchasing Autofill Magic now is the time to jump off.

I bought 2 lifetime licenses of this product. Not so much because I needed 2 of them, but because It seems like the maker is pretty dedicated to improving the product. Those who have bought these automated tools before will probably know very well they are all filled with constant tiny bugs that cause annoyances in work flow. This tool is better than most in that department. It still has issues, but the maker is very open to idea's and suggestions. I have not personally used it in a couple months so It may be much better at this point based on what I'm reading recent posts in this thread. These web 2.0 sites are a pain in the ass to post to, make stick and overall manage in an a,b,c workflow fashion because there is always some kind of nonsense or feature that wont work on some of these sites. Sites go down, sites get deleted and or the sites change the structure but non of this is the fault of the software itself, its just the way things are with web 2.0 properties. I'm really looking forward to the option to add your own patters/platforms, but more so I hope a 3rd party person will make a plugin with up to date supported platforms that will give clear and specific a,b,c instructions for every single platform it supports so that creating and posting to sites will be as fast as possible in a semi-automated tool. Basically I think all these tools have their flaws but this one has fewer than most I have tried or used, and its an unfortunate reality that sometimes you just have to manually intervene when creating/posting to web 2.0 sites and this software gives you a way to do this without slowing you down to much. I think it can get better, but as far as I can tell its the best semi-automated tool for creating high quality web 2.0 networks and managing them.
