Review:

I ordered one site to test the quality of this service. Here's my take

Pros:​
The site was of good quality design and content wise.

Cons:​

  1. I was promised 25 posts, but got 24.
  2. There were NO REPORTs of any kind. I was expecting to receive a report with details of the target keywords but the only thing I received was "Your site is ready at xsitex.com.
  3. OP promised to deliver within 2 to 4 working days. It took 14 days. Nothing wrong with 14 days but OP should tell the correct TAT of his service.
  4. Communication was extremely poor. I never received any update while the site was being made... Left him a message on skype, no reply in 24 hours. Then another skype message and a BHW PM... and he finally responded via email. I promptly (within an hour) replied to his email with a query on August 12 and haven't heard back in two days even though he has posted in this thread after my email.


I was going to order quite a few sites from OP but looking at the level of customer support I got with this order, I'm not ordering again.

The whole idea is great and illustrated pretty well. I wish to see samples to make sure it works propertly.

This has got to be the worst customer support ever. I had issues with my order and you are not willing to fix anything. I'm still willing to give it a second shot but you need to learn how to deal with your customers (and potential customers).

Hit me up on skype/email if you feel like you can handle my next order in a more professional manner.
