Monetization disabled on my youtube account

Monetization for my youtube account just got disabled and every youtube account connected to that adsense account has also been disabled because of this. i had a couple videos with content id notice. i just deleted them. is there any hope that i might get monetization enabled again in a few hours days instead of waiting for 6 months?
There is no way for me to contact them given that my channel is only 90 days old right now. i have earned a total of $300 by now. I am new so i have no idea if adsense will pay me the money i am owed as i am yet to receive the address verification pin as i am living in india right now so it take 4-6 weeks for the pin to reach here going by what sime indian friends with adsense account have told me.

I also want to ask if i should open a new adsense account or wait 6 months and if i do decide to open a new adsense account, should i make it with the same name or make it in the name of my mom or some other person i trust ? what about the adress verification in that case? would i need to give out a different address?

i also want to add that i never bought views or clicked on any ad on my channel. This hit me like a truck because i had worked hard to get 300 suscribers and now started to make some really good videos. i just completed editing 3 really good videos but now i am scared to upload them to that account.

should i wait a few hours as i just deleted 3 videos that has content id claim or is it only going to be resolved in 6 months? This has hit me pretty hard as i am also in the process of making a website on the same thing as my youtube videos and it would have helped me a lot in getting good views for my site as my videos were getting good praise and steadily increasing in view count.

I'd give it a few hours after deleting the videos, but after that the only solution would be to open an Adsense account under a different name, sorry. Or wait 6 months of course.

lets say i open one under my mom's name. would i have to change the address too? My adsense account is not completely banned as i can still login to the account but i had 1 more channel connected to same adsense account(only 1 video there) and i recieved email for that channel too saying that monetization is disabled for that channel because of some problem with my main channel.
Can any one help me with steps to make a new adsense account if one is banned(although mine is not completely banned)?

I honestly wouldn't know about all the security stuff they have in place since it's been awhile since I used Adsense, but I wouldn't use ANY of the same information. Use your mom's name, a PO box, and a virtual phone number that isn't from Google Voice.

Looks like you posted this right when I was responding to your other post.

Google has contact phone numbers ( google.com/contact ), but you aren't going to be able to get ahold of anyone to help you with this type of thing. Your best bet would be sending them an email.

not only will it not get restored in a few hours, you will be very, very lucky to get it restored in 6 months. they say it MAY be restored, which in YT language means your account is gone

Contacting YouTube is very difficult, so your only shot is wait it out. 6 months, unfortunately.

i read your other thread about getting your youtube account banned if i remember correctly. how did you make a new adsense account? i have already invested money to make a website based on my youtube channel so please help me if you have any good tips. thanks. i have dual citizenship(US and India). current adsense account has an indian address as you are not required to enter social or any other tax info if you are from india. Can i use the same name with different address now? i never entered bank account info as my account is only 90s days old and it takes nearly 2 months to get you address verification pin in india. I am able to log into my adsense account but my youtube channels connected to that adsense account have monetization disabled.
Also, should i change the IP when making a new adsense account.
I know that i am asking too many questions but i am so fking angry right now and this would really help me.

It seems like you weren't uploading your own content, which for any new account this will happen.

I've seen threads where people say that any worldwide ban on a video on a new account (6-12 months) means a person will look at it and disable monetization if it's not your content. That seems like what happened here right, stated getting warnings, then they shut it down later?

I've had accounts and adsenses shut down with security camera and cop dash cam footage recently and those used to be untouchable.

it was me talking about nba games/players with 5 secs clips of actual game at max in 5-7 minute video. I didn't have any 3rd party content id at all until few days back when 3 videos got 3rd party content warnings but no copyright strike. i left them there because i though that nba would make money from it but at least i would get some subscribers.
O removed them after getting monetization disabled.
i even appealed for those videos as i was just trying to talk about the players/game and not just posting long footage of anything not owned by. it was like film reviewing. i don't know how they do it but they rejected the appeal. i am guessing it is all automated and no one actually checks the video.
