In fact, there are people like him all over. For example, Baba Amte and his great family members are doing such selfless job for people who are discarded from society (Leprosy affected people)... I salute them all! That's keeping humanity alive for the coming generation to follow their great work. It's the visible meaning of Mercy|Compassion|Loving Kindness (Hindi, Marathi: Karuna, Sanskrit: Karunya) and Boundless love for all fellow beings (humans, birds, animals, plants, etc.).
Yep, there are several who do the great job without being noticed so openly by those who are not consciously connected with those real sufferers. That (super) man in the video too, I think and am sure, came out on media only when he was contacted by the media with a purpose to bring out, inspire, the good in others and do similar selfless service...
There was another story on TV some time back, where another couple (Christian I think), were actually feeding poor and homeless from their own pockets for the last 20+ years, may be lot more... They even cared for the illnesses of those who were long time back forgotten by our society...They kept giving out their humble services and everything without losing the smiles on their faces even once!
I salute them in all humbleness!

You are going to give donation to a seller of human organ to foreign countries
Police action is going on and he is on Bail.
He is the one who killed 122 human beings in 4 months just for organ transplantation, sexually abused mentally affected women. Now he need funds to come out of the case, so don't promote or support this person.
You can donate to real needy person in your surrounding. Charity begins at home.

No he isn't a criminal/killer. If he is what you say, then I would like to see an authentic NEWS site where it mentions that he is a criminal.
For others, there is ample content on the net showing that he is indeed a good social worker who takes pains to help the forgotten unfortunate people...

Few women who escaped from the hands of this hero worshiper are taken care by Government and investigation is going on. Its true, that without intimating local police they cremated 144 death bodies in 1 month.
They will select these homeless/orphan people treat them good for sometime and fix a date for live human organ transplant, and cremate the body(No one gonna bothered as they are homeless orphans)
Youtube video is a well scripted one, who is doing real help will not showcase all these things. He wants fund from international people, so these promotions.
I thing now he started his second level of promotions for raising funds to crack down the case and come out.

I, as a medical professional, have heard stories (I also believe that they are true) that there are many hospitals where such things like removing live organs and sending them to the middle east and other such places for huge sums of money, killing healthy people to remove their organs, etc. I have known of a person, father of a very close family friend, whose one kidney was removed when he was operated on his lower limb, and there was nothing wrong in his abdomen... Also it is heard and believed that mentally ill patients of all ages and of both sexes are routinely raped and tortured in places where they are supposed to be taken real care of. Of course, most of the cases are hushed up by the authorities for reasons best known to them...
