We try to find a niche which our customer is looking for but since the domains are rare, its hard to and isnt guaranteed.

All the domains you provide will be PR4+ or some will be lower as I understand a clean backlink profile is more important then PA/DA/TF/PR.

How many pages on the site or how much content will you write/create.

Will you be setting the site up on various hostings and will we be provided with the hosting like for the first 3 months or year.

Do you recommend each site be on a different hosting or a different plan on the same host to differentiate the IP's.

Is it optimal to build a PBN around a niche or build a general PBN. Meaning will you provide domains around a certain niche or will they be what you find as they are difficult to find.

Do we get a report of ahrefs and majestica links to verify the clean profile.

The domains I provide are PR4 only. We make sure and do prior research on the domain.

See you cant find 100% clean domain which is aged, with great PA/DA/TF and PR. We try to give the highest quality ones.

We recommend you to use seo web hosting. I have a friend who runs one and is into hosting for his whole life. You can get it from him or buy hosting packages from different providers. Different plans wont make a difference at all.

We do not generate ahrefs or majestic link report, but the customer can check it. We give good quality domains but you wont find PURE gold for this price..

Domains are at multiple registrars, godaddy, name, namecheap, etc.
TAT is 7-10 Days
We push the domain to your account at the same registrar.
