Hello, I'm brand new to this forum and I think it's awesome, I hope I'm posting right, here goes....


So I have an ebay account, I maxed it out for the year by making 19,900, I pulled the plug at that amount because I didn't wanna go over 20,000 and have to pay taxes, I left that account with a delinquent balance to ebay for about 425 dollars in sellers fees, I plan on using that account again come the 1st of the year so I plan on paying that to keep it in good standing but as for now it has been suspended, Sooooo, last night I started posting on a friends ebay account, to sell some of the stuff I have left over, I posted about 15 things last night and about 20 today, using the same computer that I use when I post on my regular account, well they stopped me in the middle of completing a posting to say I've went over the 5,000 dollar max on his account and to call ebay to have the limit extended, so I had him call and they had him on hold for a while and came back to him and said was he familiar with my account (my original one that's delinquent) and that they've linked the 2 accounts as being together and that because my account owes money that they can't do anything for him, the conversation ended and they took all the postings off his account, so now I'm FREAKING out, I assume they found out what was happening because I used the same iPhone (and IP address) to post the listings on his account as I do on my account, I'm scared that I've broken some kind of law, or that I'm gonna get taxed now on the 19,900 on my other account, and that his account will be messed up for good now, please let me know all that can happen to me, I was stupid, but I didn't know if create this much chaos, or am I just being paranoid for nothing, so PLEASE let me know what I can do to fix this, and please let me know of I'll be in any kind of trouble, weather it be legal or with taxes, I only sold one thing on his account, but since i haven't been down this road before I'm a little worries, THANK YOU SO MUCH

Hi, Im currently operating from Europe with an Asian eBay site. I'm having a basic store with 450 items.

Is it good to upgrade to the medium store level or it's not necessary?
I'm having orders almost each day, however only 50% of them actually pay. What's the best way to increase this?

I made my paypal account using fake Name and Address and now it has got limited. I have 3 to 4 accounts Limited with around $3000. Is there any way i can get back my money ?

My ebay account got suspended, MC999 eBay Indefinite Selling Restriction


Is there anything I could do to remove it?
I got 100% positive feedback with over 250 transactions, and only 4 refunds because of size issues.

They said they were not comfortable with my business model and selling practises? what the hell does that mean?

I called them up and they said 1 year before i sold something and used 'burberry lookalike' in the description and also because I have another account linked under this name with another account, but the only reason I have made that account was for purchasing and never sold anything.
And the burberry lookalike was a one time only thing, it was my sister's jacket that I just wanted to sell quickly as auction.

Is there anything I could do?

be careful who you buy an account from. Lots of issues going on right now with people who sell accounts.
I am trying to make my own and getting all zeros. Hoping someone can lend a hand.

Looks like new PayPal accounts require phone verification to be 100% verified.

Seems like you can only get to 80% verified without the number. Is anyone also getting this?

Just got my selling privileges back after an MC999.

It took me two months to get them to look at my case and they say instantly they had made a mistake,so if you are honest and polite they do eventually come around.
I am still a privet seller and was thinking of putting my hobby on a more professional basis.
I only use the account to sell items that are to good to recycle and are not good enough for a real auction.
But as they all contain precious metals the value of turn over is quite high even tho I am only making about 10% after cost's.
I want to continue at what I consider a low level until next year when I hopefully can start on the project full time.
At what level do I need to consider opening a business account,as it is only a small part time hobby I don't want to have to publish my home address,but want to grow my reputation.
The response and turn over was quite brisk so I do not want to get an other MC999.eBay apologized for making a mistake(they did not offer to cover the money lost because of it tho.) but they have not told me what I did wrong in he first place so I do not know what to avoid doing now.
A stealth account is not an option as I have to be transparent and any hint of inappropriate business methods can result in a fine of 17.5% of the hole years turn over and quite frankly I would proffer not to run a project if I had to run it through deception.
Any ideas??

Yeah you should be fine, but the longer you havent sold the must likely the position will drop. Just dont do it too long, have a friend ship out the items for you. If even better, take the items you expect to sell already packaged on the vacation and just dump it at your nearest USPS location

10 yr account with ebay. selling suspended due to good i purchased on craigslist and tried to flip ending up being fake goods. I called and they said they can allow me to sell but i need receipts and other shit.

now they wont answer my emails or anything? what do? brute force?? Keep calling and emailing?

will i ever get regular selling priveleges back or should i just move on?

Dropshipping is great if you have a good source, youll make some good income
For example vaporizers work great for dropshipping, no inventory to worry about and good income.

Yes you could, but you would be more solid once you have a verified bank to decrease the chances of you getting temporarily limited by paypal
