Hi.. I am praveen. Still I cannot send PM. So I have to use forum. Anyway I resides in Sri Lanka. I want a VCC to verify Malasian PayPal account. I am planing to create a ebay account with sri lankan address and details. and planning to link malaysian paypal to that ebay account.(ebay account created with sri lankan address.)
Can I get a vcc for that. Or do you have any other solution for this?. How long can I use this paypal account? How much it will cost? I can pay through paypal.

atm malaysia is not supporting vcc verification u can choose some other country
