I still use rssgm just cover up the footprints and it still works very well.

I launched 100 .info sites with rssgm and was making atleast 2.00 a day off of each one within 1 week. I did this about 3 months ago and I still own the websites so I figured I would start an rssgm conversation since I have not really seen any here.

So who actually uses rssgm here?

I used to use it for MFA's early 2007 but havn't used it in a while. I have some old sites that are still indexed and draw some traffic&clicks, but nothing that will make me a millionaire.

You are right about covering the footprints to make yours unique. Plus it helps to change your copy around every few hundred sites or so to keep it evolving.

I know there are plenty of users over on Syndk8, not sure about here. PGInsider was originally based on RSSGm, and I was a member of that when it launched so I have all the scripts from there too.

Are those .info's still making you $2 per day each or has the profit dwindled?

Hello Booman,

They are not making that much money anymore traffic has definately died down but some of them are banned others are not. I still make 60.00/day from these sites all together which is very cool. It was worth using the mass rssgm installer after I got rid of those footprints by changing the image names, fonts, class names, formatting, and moving some other stuff around. It did very well I got my domains at tierra.net so I payed less then 1.00 a .info domain so I spent around 8 hours one day as a fun little project.

I launched them all and started making 200.00/day within a week and it lasted for like 1 1/2 month before it started dropping down. it's been pretty stable at 60.00/day lately sometimes higher sometimes a little lower so i did an average :)

Not much money now, $60 per day is still pretty awesome John. That was/is the only problem with sites like that is that you need to continue to work them in order to keep the money coming in. But then again, if you can launch 100 in a day and have them earning $1 or more average each day then it's worth continuing.

You must've caught some pretty nice niches. What methods were you using to get them listed so fast? Are these all MFA or CPA sites?

Im interested to know also if they are MFA or affliates that makes you the money. This seems like a project I'm going to work on. I'm already bout to launch some bh sites with ssec.

Nice.
Would also like to know what methods were you using to get them listed .
Thanks

Forgive the 'noob' question. Would you mind explaining how to cover footprints?

Thanks from the 'NFG' (new friggin guy)

rssgm is still good for mass generated pages, BUT you have to remove the footprints from it or your site(s) will be deindexed by google.

I have rssgm mass installer ( custom made script) where the rssgm creates directories (sites) for keyword titles and then creates pages on the keywords including xml files for each site..........Im going to use it again since now I have blogfarmgenerator.....;)

if any one wants the script PM me.

I have a custom script that makes them using the rssgm page generator..what it does is it creates a directory for every key word title then it will install all the rssgm pages based on the list of keywords in that text document in that folder.

So if you have 100 text files and they all contain about 1,000 or so of key words, the script will create a folder name it after the text file name ( usually a key word ) then build 1,000+ pages inside that folder..

Remove the footprints and rssgm is still better than all the other yacg included.

Cover footprints means to make your copy of the script unique from all the others floating around out there. Use different templates, change folder and file names, etc to make it yours and not the "out of the box" open source files that are available.

This is what I want to try, and yeah, 60/day? That'd work for me. How did you drive traffic to these sites, or were they all picked up by Google organic in that short a time? Did you generate sitemaps, and sub them to Google, Yahoo, so SEO or ?

Thanks for the (.)info !

i have that mass installer from pginsider as weel the last time i tried using it was on hostgator hosting, it has worked before on that host but hostgator changed something around now it wont setup the directories correctly, you know of any other host this installer would work on? look for a reseller host something like hostgator. thank you.

How content in RSSGM is generated? Is it markov?
I'm using SEC personally. I'm happy with it but it takes much time to setup website.

They all take some time to make, yes rssgm uses markov include and rss, you can add any custom include you want.

The easiest and best mass installer to use at the mo is YACG but I use rssgm it tends to get quicker bot activity and indexing.

Yet I have to say I have not had ONE YACG site deindexed for well over 3 months, rssgm sites dont last more than 1 month if your lucky...
