Any well-made wordpress theme website?

Hey guys,

Do you know where to get a nice & modern wordpress theme? I'm just about ordering a new website and would like to know if you have your own sources of getting it. I have found some by my own but there is some protection system inside that force you to fumble in the code to make it clean/or just pay for it to get clean version.

Any ideas?.
