DO NOT buy if you are a UK resident.

i purchased the paypal account on the 17th July, and still it is not functional nor even close.

initially they gave me a paypal without any way to link a UK account or bank to it to actually use the damn thing, then after over coming that obstacle they had not confirmed the identity. and now can not provide proof of address or anything.

My account has had nothing but limits since i bought it and now they refuse to respond.

This whole procedure since the 17th of july, they spoke constantly, after the payment im lucky to receive 1 message every 24 hours, and nothing other then a "yes we have it ready" every day, this is a scam.

i notice there are alot of happy customers, maybe they are not UK customers or maybe they just screwed my one up, either way they should have some decency and not scam me, either own up and deal with the issue, or refund the money.

maybe that request is why they are ignoring me now for over 3 days

coming to a month and no responses now.

you blame me for not being patient any longer? if theres a issue there should be some BASIC customer service. not ignore and stay offline for days.

not to mention im on about having to stay up until 5 am for 3 or 4 nights in a row as asked to, and then having a no show
