i'm wondering how easy would be to manipulate the voting a bit, because it doesn't require any registration, it's just pressing a button

all you would need is new ips (from different subnets), i see it's a UK business, voting is on a UK domain, not necessarily, but i think the vast majority of the votes should and will come from the UK which can be mixed with ips from all around the world, also cookies should be cleaned between the votes along with faking the user agent, to be more on the safe side
so besides asking the users here to vote for you, you might could do a bit more to be the winner for sure

we're on a blackhat forum after all and most of us don't mind to use smaller or bigger exploits
how hard do you want to win this?

I did consider this, however I didn't want to risk potentially ruining my chances by using a bot or script. So though I would go for natural votes instead.

Just turn up, watch out for the hepatitis A,B & C, Tuberculosis, HIV or AIDS - Make sure you don't get pricked by any sharps or ingest any body fluid, pee pee or poo, don't mind the smell of death that gets stuck up your nose and lingers for days plus makes your van smell super nice - bring yourself to get on your hands and knees and mop up the blood, body bits, fluid, poop etc with a bit of blue roll.

Simple really hahaha.

That's actually a business I've considered getting into. There will always be people getting killed, so the market should never die (no pun intended). Man you must see some disturbing (though that is a relatively term) stuff on a day to day basis.
